باب: الأغلب على أفواه العامة أن في الثمر العشر، وفي الماشية الصدقة، وفي الورق الزكاة، وقد سمى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم هذا كله صدقة

أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْمُزَكِّي، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ التَّمَّارِ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَى الله عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ⦗٩⦘ قَالَ فِي زَكَاةِ الْكَرْمِ: " يُخْرَصُ كَمَا يُخْرَصُ النَّخْلُ، ثُمَّ يُؤَدَّى زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤَدَّى زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا " فَسُمِّيَ الْعُشْرُ فِي الْكَرْمِ وَالنَّخْلِ زَكَاةً ".
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The zakah of grapes is to be estimated just as dates are estimated, then its zakah is to be paid in raisins, just as the zakah of dates is paid in tamr, that is, dried dates."
