أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، أنا أَبُو جَعْفَرِ بْنُ دُحَيْمٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، أنبأ وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ مَاءِ الْحَمَّامِ، فَقَالَ: " الْمَاءُ لَا يُجْنِبُ ".
Yahya bin Ubayd says: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about the water of the bathhouse, and he said: Water does not become impure.
