وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، أنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ، أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ " يَجْعَلُ الْجَدَّ أَبًا " فَأَنْكَرَ قَوْلَ عَطَاءٍ ذَلِكَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِرَاقِ الصَّحِيحُ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُشْرِكُ بَيْنَ الْجَدِّ وَالْإِخْوَةِ، وَلَعَلَّهُ جَعَلَهُ أَبًا فِي حُكْمٍ آخَرَ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ.
Ata reported that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to treat the grandfather as a father.
