It is narrated from Sayyiduna al-Bara' (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no harm in the leftover of an animal whose meat is eaten." (b) Abdullah bin Raja' gave his name as Mus'ab bin Sawwar, whereas this is an inversion, and his name is Sawwar bin Mus'ab. (c) Abu Bakr bin al-Harith al-Faqih reported from Imam al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) that he is matruk al-hadith (abandoned in hadith). (d) The Shaykh says that, because of the weakness of Sawwar bin Mus'ab, there is disagreement over its text. Abdullah bin Raja' narrated it like this. Yahya bin Abi Bukayr narrated it with his chain, and his wording is: "There is no harm in getting the urine of animals whose meat is eaten." (e) It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) as marfu' regarding urine. (f) Amr bin al-Husayn and Yahya bin al-Ala' are da'if (weak); nothing of this is sound.
