وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ كَمَا أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ وَكِيعٍ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ الضَّبِّيُّ، ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مِسْمَارٍ، ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ ⦗٢٣٢⦘ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: " قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اخْرُجْ فَأَذِّنْ فِي النَّاسِ مِنَ اللهِ لَا مِنْ رَسُولِهِ: لَعَنَ اللهُ قَاطِعَ السِّدْرَةِ " هَكَذَا قَالَهُ شَيْخُنَا فِي غَرَائِبِ الشُّيُوخِ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Announce among the people, from Allah and not from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), that Allah will curse the one who cuts down a lote tree."
