Bayhaqi 11558 — Pre-emption in what has not been divided

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) ruled concerning pre-emption: "As long as it has not been divided and the boundaries have not been set."
