Bayhaqi 11534 — The severity of usurping land and liability

It is narrated from Abu Salamah bin Abd al-Rahman (may Allah be pleased with him) that he went to Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) while he was in a dispute over land. Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) said: O Abu Salamah, keep away from land, for I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever wrongs (another) in as much as a span of land will be made to wear a collar of seven earths on the Day of Resurrection."
