وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمَيْرَوَيْهِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي الْعَارِيَةِ قَالَ: " يَغْرَمُ ".
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), concerning a borrowed item, that he (the borrower) is liable.
