Bayhaqi 11377 — A man using another's wall by placing beams

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade drinking (directly) from the mouth of a water-skin, and forbade that anyone should prevent his neighbour from fixing a beam in his wall.
