قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ بَذِيمَةَ الْجَزَرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ: " رُدُّوا الْخُصُومَ إِذَا كَانَ بَيْنَهُمْ قَرَابَةٌ؛ فَإِنَّ فَصْلَ الْقَضَاءِ يُوَرِّثُ بَيْنَهُمُ الشَّنَآنَ " هَذِهِ الرِّوَايَاتُ عَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ مُنْقَطِعَةٌ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ.
Sayyiduna Umar bin al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Send the litigants back when there is kinship between them, for a judgement creates enmity between people.
