قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: " صُولِحَتِ امْرَأَةُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مِنْ نَصِيبِهَا رُبُعَ الثَّمَنِ عَلَى ثَمَانِينَ أَلْفًا " وَهَذَا مَحْمُولٌ عَلَى أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ عَارِفَةً بِمِقْدَارِ نَصِيبِهَا.
Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) said: The wife of Abd al-Rahman (may Allah be pleased with him) was given a settlement for her share, a quarter of the eighth, for 80,000.
