أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكٍ، أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " إِذَا مَلَكَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ لَمْ تَجُزْ عَطِيَّتُهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ ".
It is narrated from the same that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When a man becomes the owner of a woman, the woman may not give a gift without permission."
