Bayhaqi 11104 — Those who permitted salam in animals by a known age

قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أنبأ يُونُسُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ " أَنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَرَى بَأْسًا بِالسَّلَفِ فِي الْحَيَوَانِ إِذَا كَانَ سِنًّا مَعْلُومًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ ".
Al-Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says: When the age (of the animal) and the term are known, there is no harm in making a salaf sale in animals.
