أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعْدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَالِينِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ بْنُ عَدِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْقُرَشِيُّ، ثنا عَمَّارُ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ أَبِي طَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ، يَعْنِي أَبَا يُوسُفَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، يَعْنِي أَبَا أَيُّوبَ الْأَفْرِيقِيَّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ وَلِيَ لِيَتِيمٍ مَالًا فَلْيَتَّجِرْ بِهِ، وَلَا يَدَعْهُ حَتَّى تَأْكُلَهُ الصَّدَقَةُ " وَقَدْ رُوِّينَاهُ فِي كِتَابِ الزَّكَاةِ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ مِنْدَلِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو.
Amr bin Shu'ayb narrates from his father, from his grandfather (may Allah be pleased with him), that he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever becomes the guardian of an orphan's wealth, let him trade with it, and not leave it idle so that it is used up by the payment of zakah."
