أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، إِمْلَاءً، أنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا تَنَاجَشُوا وَلَا يَبِيعُ حَاضِرٌ لِبَادٍ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خُطْبَتِهِ "، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ زُهَيْرٍ جَمِيعًا، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not inflate prices, no town-dweller should sell for a desert-dweller, no man should strike a deal over another's deal, and he should not send a proposal over his brother's marriage proposal."
