Bayhaqi 10846 — The prohibition of sales involving uncertainty

Abu Hazim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade "the deceptive sale (gharar)."
This is mursal; we have narrated it with a connected chain through al-A'raj from Abu Hurayrah and through Nafi' from Ibn Umar.
