Bayhaqi 10577 — The fruit of an orchard whose trees are sold

Salim narrates from his father (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sells date palms after they have been pollinated, their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer makes it a condition."
