أَخْبَرَنَا هِلَالُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحَفَّارُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، أنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْأَشْعَثِ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْوَضِيءِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَرْزَةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ".
Sayyiduna Abu Barzah al-Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The buyer and the seller both have the option to cancel the deal as long as they have not separated."
