بَابُ ذَبْحِ الشَّاةِ الْمَغْصُوبَةِ
Chapter on slaughtering a stolen sheep
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 4771 — on slaughtering a stolen sheep
نَا أَبُو سَهْلِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ مُوسَى بْنَ هَارُونَ ، يَقُولُ : لا يُعْرَفُ صَالِحُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، وَلا أَبُوهُ إِلا بِجَدِّهِ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَزَعَمَ الْوَاقِدِيُّ ، أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ الْوَلِيدِ أَسْلَمَ بَعْدَ فَتْحِ خَيْبَرَ.
This narration is also transmitted with another chain of narration; however, this narration is weak because Waqidi has stated that Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid (may Allah be pleased with him) accepted Islam after the conquest of Khaybar.
