Sunan ad-Daraqutni 4722 — Book of Hunting, Slaughter, Foods
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نُوحٍ ، نَا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، نَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، بِهَذَا قَالَ : " السَّمَكَةُ الطَّافِيَةُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ حَلالٌ " .
With this same chain of narration, it is reported that he said: (After death) a fish that floats on water is lawful.
