Sunan ad-Daraqutni 4553 — on pre-emption (shuf'ah)
نَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الصَّفَّارُ ، نَا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، نَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، نَا ثَوْرُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ الْيَدَ وَاللِّسَانَ " .
Makhul reports that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever has a right, has his hand and his tongue."
