بَابُ مَا تَبَقَّى بَعْدَ الْفَرِيضَةِ لِلْعَصَبَةِ

Sunan ad-Daraqutni 4080 — on what remains after the obligatory shares
نَا نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَمْدَوَيْهِ ، نَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ ، نَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ ، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ " عَنْ بَيْتٍ سَقَطَ عَلَى نَاسٍ فَمَاتُوا ، فَقَالَ : يُوَرَّثُ بَعْضُهُمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ " .
It is narrated about Iyas bin Abd that he was asked regarding a house that collapses upon people and they die, so he said: "They will inherit from one another."
