Chapter on a woman who declares zihar (unlawful to her husband)
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 3863 — on a woman who declares zihar
وَنا وَنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ فِي الأَمَةِ ظِهَارٌ " .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "Zihar does not apply to a slave woman."
