Sunan ad-Daraqutni 3127 — Book of Hudud, Blood Money, and Others
نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَهْمٍ ، نَا بَقِيَّةُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لا قَوَدَ فِي شَلَلٍ وَلا عَرَجٍ " .
Amr bin Shu'aib narrates from his father, from his grandfather: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "There is no retribution (qisas) for paralysis or lameness."
