Sunan ad-Daraqutni 2931 — on reconciliation
ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْحَدَّادُ ، نَا أَبُو الصَّلْتِ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُمَيَّة الزَّارِعُ ، نَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الرَّهْنُ بِمَا فِيهِ " ، إِسْمَاعِيلُ هَذَا يَضَعُ الْحَدِيثَ ، وَهَذَا لا يَصِحُّ.
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The item kept as collateral is considered fully as collateral."
