بَابٌ: لَيْسَ فِي مَالِ الْمُكَاتَبِ زَكَاةٌ حَتَّى يُعْتَقَ

Sunan ad-Daraqutni 1968 — There is no zakat on the wealth of a mukatab
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ ، ثنا أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ يُحَلِّي بَنَاتَهُ بِأَرْبَعِمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ ، وَلا يُخْرِجُ زَكَاتَهُ " .
Nafi' reports: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) had jewelry made worth four hundred dinars for his daughters, but Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) did not pay zakat on them.
