Sunan ad-Daraqutni 1711 — The Book of the Two Eids
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ ، نا عَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، ثنا عَائِذُ بْنُ حَبِيبٍ ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَشْوَعَ ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ عَلِيًّا يَوْمَ أَضْحًى لَمْ يَزَلْ يُكَبِّرُ حَتَّى أَتَى الْجَبَّانَةَ " .
Hansh bin Mu'tamir narrates: I saw Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) on the day of Eid al-Adha; he continued to recite the Takbeer constantly until he reached the Eidgah.
