أَخْبَرَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ: "مَنْ رَقَّ وَجْهُهُ، رَقَّ عِلْمُهُ". .
Imam Sha’bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever is shy, his knowledge becomes delicate.
