باب مِيرَاثِ ذَوِي الأَرْحَامِ:
Chapter on inheritance of distant relatives
Sunan ad-Darimi 3083 — on inheritance of distant relatives
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو شِهَابٍ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ: "مَنْ أَدْلَى بِرَحِمٍ، أُعْطِيَ بِرَحِمِهِ الَّتِي يُدْلِي بِهَا".
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Whoever claims kinship (closeness by the womb), he will be given a share according to the closeness of kinship (relationship by the womb).
