Hadith 1526

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever recites the last two verses of Surah Al-Baqarah in a night, they will suffice him.”

Brief Explanation
(Commentary on Hadith 1525)

That is, these two verses will suffice him from every distress and evil, and some have said they will suffice him from the hardship of tahajjud (late night prayer) and staying awake at night, because they are very important supplications; if Allah Ta'ala accepts them, they are more than sufficient. From this, the virtue of these verses is understood.
And Allah knows best.
