حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: "أُمِرَ بِلَالٌ أَنْ يَشْفَعَ الْأَذَانَ، وَيُوتِرَ الْإِقَامَةَ إِلَّا الْإِقَامَةَ".
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Bilal was commanded to say the words of the adhan twice each, and the words of the iqamah once each.
