باب مَنْ قَالَ عَلَيْهِ الْكَفَّارَةُ:
Chapter: Those Who Say Expiation is Required
Sunan ad-Darimi 1144 — Those Who Say Expiation is Required
أَخْبَرَنَا أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: "إِذَا أَتَاهَا فِي دَمٍ فَدِينَارٌ، وَإِذَا أَتَاهَا وَقَدْ انْقَطَعَ الدَّمُ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ".
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: If intercourse is done during flowing blood, then one dinar; and if intercourse is done after the blood has stopped, then half a dinar.
