Silsilah as-Sahihah 864 — Pre-dawn meal (Suhoor) is blessed

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Miqdam bin Ma’dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Partake of the pre-dawn meal (suhoor), for indeed it is a blessed meal.”
