Silsilah as-Sahihah 458 — The Prophet performed Wudu after leaving

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would come out of the toilet, he would perform ablution.
