Silsilah as-Sahihah 3518 — Virtue of Syria and Its People

Sayyiduna Muawiyah bin Qurrah narrates from his father Qurrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When corruption appears among the people of Sham, then there will be no good left among you. A group from my Ummah will always be helped; whoever tries to disgrace them will not be able to harm them until the Hour is established."
