Silsilah as-Sahihah 3108 — Supplications and etiquette before sleeping

It is narrated from Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) wanted to sleep in a state of janabah, he would perform ablution, and if he wanted to eat or drink in that state, he would wash his hands.
