Silsilah as-Sahihah 3102 — Supplications and etiquette before sleeping

Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) would not go to sleep until he had recited Surah Az-Zumar and Surah Bani Isra'il.
