Silsilah as-Sahihah 3063 — Dua for Rain with Upturned Hands

Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would supplicate (in the prayer for rain), he would turn the backs of his hands towards his face.
