Silsilah as-Sahihah 1963 — Combing hair daily is prohibited

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to apply a lot of oil to his head and would comb his beard after wetting it with water.
