Silsilah as-Sahihah 1882 — Ruling on benefiting from carrion

Abdullah bin Hakeem says: A chief of our Juhainah tribe narrated to us that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) sent a written message to them: "Do not make use of anything from a dead animal."
