Tirmidhi's Shama'il 110 — Using armor in battle is not against

Sayyiduna Sa’ib bin Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that on the day of Uhud, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was wearing two coats of mail, one over the other.
