(42) بَابُ ذِكْرِ إِسْقَاطِ الصَّدَقَةِ عَمَّا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ
42| Chapter on the exemption of zakat on less than five wasqs
2 (43) بَابُ ذِكْرِ إِيجَابِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الْبُرِّ وَالتَّمْرِ إِذَا بَلَغَ الصِّنْفُ الْوَاحِدُ مِنْهُمَا خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ43| Chapter on the obligation of zakat on wheat and dates when either reaches five wasqs
3 (44) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَوْجَبَ فِي الْبُرِّ الزَّكَاةَ إِذَا بَلَغَ الْبُرُّ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ،44| Chapter on the evidence that the Prophet only made zakat obligatory on wheat when it reached five wasqs
4 (45) بَابُ إِيجَابِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الزَّبِيبِ إِذَا بَلَغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسُقٍ، وَفِي الْقَلْبِ مِنْ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ،45| Chapter on the obligation of zakat on raisins when they reach five wasqs, though there is doubt about the chain
5 (46) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَبْلَغِ الْوَاجِبِ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الْحُبُوبِ وَالثِّمَارِ،46| Chapter on the amount of zakat due on grains and fruits
6 (47) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَبْلَغِ الْوَسْقِ إِنْ صَحَّ الْخَبَرُ،47| Chapter on the amount of a wasq if the report is authentic
7 (48) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ إِخْرَاجِ الْحُبُوبِ وَالتُّمُورِ الرَّدِيئَةِ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ،48| Chapter on the prohibition of giving poor-quality grains or dates in zakat
8 (49) بَابُ وَقْتِ بِعْثَةِ الْإِمَامِ الْخَارِصَ يَخْرُصُ الثِّمَارَ49| Chapter on the time for the imam to send someone to estimate the harvest for zakat
9 (50) بَابُ السُّنَّةِ فِي خَرْصِ الْعِنَبِ لِتُؤْخَذَ زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤْخَذُ زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا50| Chapter on the Sunnah of estimating grapes so their zakat is taken as raisins, as dates are taken from palms
10 (51) بَابُ السُّنَّةِ فِي قَدْرِ مَا يُؤْمَرُ الْخَارِصُ بِتَرْكِهِ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ51| Chapter on the Sunnah regarding how much the estimator should leave of the fruit
11 (52) بَابُ فَرْضِ إِخْرَاجِ الصَّدَقَةِ فِي الْعُسْرِ وَالْيُسْرِ، وَالتَّغْلِيظِ فِي مَنْعِ الزَّكَاةِ فِي الْعُسْرِ52| Chapter on the obligation to pay zakat in hardship and ease, and the stern warning against withholding zakat in hardship
12 (53) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِالنَّجْدَةِ وَالرِّسْلِ- فِي هَذَا الْمَوْضِعِ- الْعُسْرَ وَالْيُسْرَ،53| Chapter clarifying that the Prophet meant by hardship and ease in this context
13 (54) بَابُ ذِكْرِ أَخْذِ الصَّدَقَةِ مِنَ الْمَعَادِنِ إِنَّ صَحَّ الْخَبَرُ، فَإِنَّ فِي الْقَلْبِ مِنَ اتِّصَالِ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ54| Chapter on taking zakat from minerals if the report is authentic, though there is doubt about the chain
14 (55) بَابُ ذِكْرِ صَدَقَةِ الْعَسَلِ إِنْ صَحَّ الْخَبَرُ؛ فَإِنَّ فِي الْقَلْبِ مِنْ هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ55| Chapter on zakat on honey if the report is authentic, though there is doubt about the chain
15 (56) بَابُ إِيجَابِ الْخُمُسِ فِي الرِّكَازِ56| Chapter on the obligation of one-fifth on buried treasure
16 (57) بَابُ وُجُوبِ الْخُمُسِ فِيمَا يُوجَدُ فِي الْخَرِبِ الْعَادِيِّ مِنْ دَفْنِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ،57| Chapter on the obligation of one-fifth on what is found in ancient ruins from the pre-Islamic era
17 (58) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي تَقْدِيمِ الصَّدَقَةِ قَبْلَ حُلُولِ الْحَوْلِ عَلَى الْمَالِ، وَالْفَرْقِ بَيْنَ الْفَرْضِ الَّذِي يَجِبُ فِي الْمَالِ وَبَيْنَ الْفَرْضِ الْوَاجِبِ عَلَى الْبُدْنِ58| Chapter on the concession to pay zakat before the year is complete, and the difference between zakat due on wealth and that due on the person
18 (60) بَابُ اسْتِسْلَافِ الْإِمَامِ الْمَالَ لِأَهْلِ سُهْمَانِ الصَّدَقَةِ وَرَدِّهِ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ إِذَا قُبِضَتْ بَعْدَ الِاسْتِسْلَافِ60| Chapter on the imam borrowing money for those entitled to zakat and repaying it from zakat when collected
