حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى بِخَبَرٍ غَرِيبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، وَحَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَمْرٌو : وَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " فِيمَا سَقَتِ الأَنْهَارُ وَالْغَيْمُ الْعُشُورُ ، وَفِيمَا سُقِيَ بِالسَّانِيَةِ نِصْفُ الْعُشْرِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : قَالَ لَنَا يُونُسُ مَرَّةً : أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ لَمْ يَقُلْ عِيسَى : وَالْغَيْمُ
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "For land irrigated by rain and rivers, one-tenth is due as zakat, and for land irrigated by drawing water from a well, one-twentieth is due as zakat." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Yunus told us that Abu Zubair narrated from him that Isa did not mention the word "al-ghaym" (rain) from Ibrahim.
