(50) بَابُ السُّنَّةِ فِي خَرْصِ الْعِنَبِ لِتُؤْخَذَ زَكَاتُهُ زَبِيبًا كَمَا تُؤْخَذُ زَكَاةُ النَّخْلِ تَمْرًا

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ عَتَّابِ بْنِ أُسَيْدٍ ، بِهَذَا الْخَبَرِ دُونَ قَوْلِهِ ، فَتِلْكَ سُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فِي النَّخْلِ وَالْعِنَبِ ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: عَبَّادٌ هُوَ لَقَبُهُ وَاسْمُهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ .
Sayyiduna Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates the aforementioned narration from Sayyiduna 'Attab bin Asid (may Allah be pleased with him), but in it, these words are not present: "That in dates and grapes, this is the Sunnah and way of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)." Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that ('Abbad bin Ishaq)'s name is 'Abdur Rahman, and 'Abbad is his title.
