2 (2) بَابُ ذِكْرِ فَرْضِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ مِنْ عَدَدِ الرَّكْعَةِ بِلَفْظِ خَبَرٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ، بِلَفْظٍ عَامٍّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّChapter 2: On the obligation of the five daily prayers by a general report, with a general wording but a specific meaning

12 (12) بَابُ ذِكْرِ اجْتِمَاعِ مَلَائِكَةِ اللَّيْلِ وَمَلَائِكَةِ النَّهَارِ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ وَصَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ جَمِيعًا، وَدُعَاءِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ لِمَنْ شَهِدَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ جَمِيعًا.Chapter 12: Angels of the night and day gather at Fajr and Asr, and their supplication for those who attend both prayers
13 (13) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَوَاقِيتِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ.Chapter 13: On the times of the five daily prayers
14 (14) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ فَرْضَ الصَّلَاةِ كَانَ عَلَى الْأَنْبِيَاءِ قَبْلَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍ، كَمَا هِيَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأُمَّتِهِ،Chapter 14: Evidence that prayer was obligatory upon the prophets before Muhammad (peace be upon him) as five prayers, just as it is for him and his nation
15 (15) بَابُ ذِكْرِ وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ لِلْمَعْذُورِ.Chapter 15: On the prayer time for those with an excuse
16 (16) بَابُ اخْتِيَارِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي أَوَّلِ وَقْتِهَا، بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ لَفْظُهُ لَفْظٌ عَامٌّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّ.Chapter 16: Preferring to pray at the beginning of its time, with a general wording but a specific meaning
17 (17) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَرَادَ بِقَوْلِهِ: " الصَّلَاةُ فِي أَوَّلِ وَقْتِهَا " بَعْضَ الصَّلَاةِ دُونَ جَمِيعِهَا، وَبَعْضَ الْأَوْقَاتِ دُونَ جَمِيعِ الْأَوْقَاتِ،Chapter 17: Evidence that the Prophet (peace be upon him) meant by "prayer at the beginning of its time" only some prayers and times, not all
18 (18) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ تَعْجِيلِ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِChapter 18: Recommendation to hasten Asr prayer
19 (19) بَابُ ذِكْرِ التَّغْلِيظِ فِي تَأْخِيرِ صَلَاةِ الْعَصْرِ إِلَى اصْفِرَارِ الشَّمْسِ،Chapter 19: Warning against delaying Asr until the sun yellows

24 (24) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ تَسْمِيَةِ صَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ عِشَاءً، إِذِ الْعَامَّةُ أَوْ كَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ يُسَمُّونَهَا عِشَاءً.Chapter 24: Prohibition of calling Maghrib prayer "Isha", as common people do
25 (25) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ تَأْخِيرِ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ إِذَا لَمْ يَخَفِ الْمَرْءُ الرُّقَادَ قَبْلَهَا،Chapter 25: Recommendation to delay Isha prayer if one does not fear sleeping before it
26 (26) بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ النَّوْمِ قَبْلَ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ وَالْحَدِيثِ بَعْدَهَا بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ.Chapter 26: Dislike of sleeping before Isha and talking after it, with a general report
27 (27) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْخَبَرِ الدَّالِّ عَلَى الرُّخْصَةِ فِي النَّوْمِ قَبْلَ الْعِشَاءِ إِذَا أُخِّرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ،Chapter 27: Report indicating concession to sleep before Isha if the prayer is delayed
28 (28) بَابُ كَرَاهَةِ تَسْمِيَةِ صَلَاةِ الْعِشَاءِ عَتَمَةً.Chapter 28: Dislike of calling Isha prayer "Atama"
29 (29) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ التَّغْلِيسِ لِصَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ.Chapter 29: Recommendation to pray Fajr at the earliest time (while still dark)
30 (30) بَابُ ذِكْرِ بَيَانِ الْفَجْرِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ صَلَاةُ الصُّبْحِ بَعْدَ طُلُوعِهِ،Chapter 30: Clarification of the dawn after which Fajr prayer is valid
