حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَعْقُوبُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الزُّهْرِيَّ ، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، أَنَّ عَمْرًا مَوْلَى الْمُطَّلِبِ ، أَخْبَرَهُمَا عَنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حَنْطَبٍ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَحْمُ صَيْدِ الْبَرِّ لَكُمْ حَلالٌ وَأَنْتُمْ حُرُمٌ مَا لا تَصِيدُوهُ أَوْ يُصَدُ لَكُمْ " . حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسَدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو مَوْلَى الْمُطَّلِبِ ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : صَيْدُ الْبَرِّ ، وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : لَحْمٌ
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: “The meat of land game is lawful for you when you are in the state of ihram, provided that you did not hunt it yourself, nor was it hunted specifically for you.” The Imam has brought this narration from his teacher Nasr bin Marzooq with the same chain, in which there is mention of land game, but the word ‘meat’ is not mentioned.
