حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبِي ، وَشُعَيْبٌ ، قَالا : أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ ، أَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ بُسْرَ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ سَعْدَ بْنَ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ حَكِيمٍ السُّلَمِيَّةَ ، تَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ نَزَلَ مَنْزِلا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ لَمْ يَضُرَّهُ شَيْءٌ ، حَتَّى يَرْتَحِلَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهِ ذَلِكَ " .
Sayyidah Khawlah bint Hakim Salmiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever stops at a place and then recites this supplication: « أَعـوذُ بِكَلِـماتِ اللّهِ التّـامّاتِ مِنْ شَـرِّ ما خَلَـق » 'I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created,' nothing will harm him until he departs from that place."
