حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْحُومُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَعَامَةَ السَّعْدِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزَاةٍ ، فَلَمَّا أَشْرَفْنَا عَلَى الْمَدِينَةِ فَكَبَّرُوا تَكْبِيرَةً ، فَرَفَعُوا بِهَا أَصْوَاتَهُمْ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ رَبَّكُمْ لَيْسَ بِأَصَمَّ ، وَلا غَائِبٍ وَهُوَ بَيْنَكُمْ وَبَيْنَ رَأْسِ رَوَاحِلِكُمْ "
Sayyiduna Abu Musa Ash'ari رضي الله عنه narrates that we participated in a battle with the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم. Then (on the return) when we reached Madinah Munawwarah, the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said "Allahu Akbar." So the companions loudly recited "Allahu Akbar." Then the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Indeed, your Lord is neither deaf nor absent. He is present among you (with His help, support, and knowledge). And He is present between the heads of your mounts (with His knowledge and power). (He hears and sees everything)."
