حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبَانٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ ، أَنَّ خَالِدَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ حَدَّثَهُ , أَنَّ أَبَا الزُّبَيْرِ حَدَّثَهُ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، يَقُولُ : " لَيْسَ عَلَى مُثِيرِ الأَرْضِ زَكَاةٌ "
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) reports that there is no zakat on animals used for plowing the land.
