(181) بَابُ أَمْرِ النِّسَاءِ بِخَفْضِ أَبْصَارِهِنَّ إِذَا صَلَّيْنَ مَعَ الرِّجَالِ إِذَا خِفْنَ رُؤْيَةَ عَوْرَاتِ الرِّجَالِ إِذَا سَجَدَ الرِّجَالُ أَمَامَهُنَّ.

نا أَبُو مُوسَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنِي الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا مَعْشَرَ النِّسَاءِ ، إِذَا سَجَدَ الرِّجَالُ فَاحْفَظُوا أَبْصَارَكُنَّ " . قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ : مِمَّ ذَاكَ ؟ قَالَ : مِنْ ضِيقِ الأُزُرِ . نا أَبُو يَحْيَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحِيمِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، بِمِثْلِهِ ، وَقَالَ : " فَاحْفَظُوا أَبْصَارَكُمْ مِنْ عَوْرَاتِ الرِّجَالِ " ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "O group of women, when men go into prostration, guard your gaze." Imam Abu Sufyan says that I asked Abdullah bin Abi Bakr, "For what reason was this command given?" He replied, "Because of the tightness and shortness of the lower garments and sheets." The Imam, through his teacher Abu Yahya Muhammad bin Abdur Rahim, presents a similar narration that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Guard your gaze from the private parts of men."
